FEP tube is made from FEP resin and prepared by extrusion blowing technology. It can be used at the temperature range of -200oC through 200oC. There are two types of products, general-purpose FEP tube and electric-purposeFEP tube.
General-purposed FEP tube: outstanding chemical resistance to virtually all chemicals, used as a transparent, anti-corrosive and anti-stick material in the fields of chemical, food, textile and packing industry .
Electric-purpose tube has excellent electrical property and is used as dielectric material for capacitor and a layer of copper clad laminate etc.

Introduction:

PFA is both transparent to UV-A and UV-C light and totally resistant to it as well as being temperature resistant. Therefore ,it makes an excellent material for shatter proofing UV lamps used in the food industry where glass free areas are required. Other plastic voerings enbrittle or discolour under the effect of the UV radiation . If the lamp suffers damage ,the glass is contained in teh shrunk on jacket.

Low light transmission loss
Loss of UVA AND UVC light is much less compared with other polymer coatings. For our usual coatings,loss of UVA is arround 4% and UVC is 11%.We know of no other suitable flexible coatings that provide less loss of UV.

Good adhesive and heat sealability with PTFE:
Below melting point ,it won’t stick any project.Above melting point, it has perfect adhesive property with PTFE, Metal and self-adhesion(heat sealing).
None stick to water ,oil : water contact angle: θ=115o
Electric reliability,High dielectric
